Created by the Virginia War Memorial, this DVD set features 19 programs which tell the real-life experiences of more than 700 Virginia veterans and citizens.
Each program uses individual interviews, archival film, period photographs, sound tracks, and animated maps and graphics to tell the stories of Virginians serving in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War.
Also included with the six historical programs in volume one are Standards of Learning (SOL) compliant Lesson Plans.
Run time (entire set) is approximately 4 hours, 20 minutes.
