With Virginia Gentleman 90 Small Batch Bourbon as the key-ingredient in each, these tasty sauces are sure to give what you throw on the grill an extra kick.

Created by the Ashman Manufacturing Company in the Tidewater Virginia area, the Virginia Gentleman bourbon included as an ingredient is also manufactured in the "Old Dominion" by the A. Smith Bowman Distillery, which is the oldest family-owned bourbon distillery in the United States. Founded in 1935 by Abram Smith Bowman and his sons, Smith and DeLong, the family enterprise began by producing bourbon on their farm at the end of Prohibition. Virginia Gentleman, their hallmark bourbon, was first created as a "small-batch bourbon," a process which ensures meticulous control over the quality of each bottle.

The distillery was originally located on Sunset Hills Farm, the Bowman family property in Fairfax County, Virginia, known today as Reston but in response to the rapid growth of Northern Virginia, the distillery was moved in 1988 to the historic city of Fredericksburg in Spotsylvania County.

Choose from a traditional Barbecue sauce, a Berry Barbecue Sauce, a Maple Glaze & Sauce, or a Steak Sauce. No matter which you choose, they make the perfect gift for the backyard gourmet in your family!
