 Statuette of Pocahontas
Price: $11.95
Based on a statue commissioned by the APVA and sculpted by William Ordway Partridge in 1922, this statuette of Pocahontas depicts the famous Virginian in garments and headdress more typical of a Plains Indian than a Virginia Indian of the 17th century. In addition, a scale-miniature of the original statue, crafted by the original artist, is included in the collections at Virginia House, an American Country Place house museum owned and operated by the Virginia Historical Society.
