The term "juke box" descends from the Gullah word for "disorderly," and the Virginia Historical Society's The Story of Virginia exhibition contains a Wurlizter Model 1015 juke box. The records of such Virginia-born musical artists as Ella Fitzgerald, Patsy Cline, and Pearl Bailey would have been played in juke boxes such as these.
Tie is 100 percent silk and measures 57" long.
